MUSHROOM RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. rice 3 cans beef broth 2 cans water 2 sticks butter 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp. oregano 8 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces Saute onion and brown rice in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients in covered casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once or twice. (Use mushroom juice as part of the 2 cans of water.) |
