PINEAPPLE CHEESE DISH 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
5 tbsp. flour (plain)
5 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Butter Pyrex dish. Make a paste out of flour, juice and sugar. Mix pineapple and cheese and put over paste. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Butter

Put on top and brown.
