CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CHEESE DISH 
4 half chicken breasts (remove skin) 1 lb.
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water or milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper, if desired
2 c. broccoli flowerets (fresh or frozen)
1 can broccoli cheese soup

In large skillet, put butter and chicken. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Skim off any fat. Stir in soup, water or milk and black pepper, heat to boiling. Add broccoli; reduce heat to low, simmer for 15 minutes with cover on. Make sure chicken and broccoli are cooked, cook few minutes longer, if needed. Delicious.
