CURRIED CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped apple
1 c. celery sliced
2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, smashed
2 tbsp. corn starch
3/4 c. chicken broth, cold
2 c. chicken, diced

On medium temperature brown onion, apple, celery, garlic in butter. Cook until tender. Stir in corn starch and curry powder. Add broth, stirring until smooth. Add milk, stir and heat through. Serve on rice. Serves 4.
