UPSIDE-DOWN CHICKEN PIE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite-sized chunks

MIXTURE #2
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick melted butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
Juice from 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp. white cooking wine

Mix together #1 in a large pan. Pour it in a greased pan. Mix well #2 and pour over top of first mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

You can substitute leftover cooked turkey.
