HOLIDAY CRUNCH | |
2 c. macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 1 can mushroom soup 1 can whole tomatoes 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 3/4 tsp. salt 1 can French fried onions Cook and drain macaroni. Brown the ground beef. Mix macaroni, meat, soup, cheese, tomatoes, salt, green pepper and pour half of the mixture into a casserole dish. Add 1/2 can of onions. Pour in remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more. |
