FRENCH FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
Cauliflower
Cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper

1. Break cauliflower into flowerets.

2. Cover with cold salt water (2 teaspoons salt to 1 quart

of water) about 30 minutes.

3. Cook in some water until tender.

4. Roll each floweret in seasoned egg and

cracker crumbs.

5. Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees until golden brown.

6. Drain on paper towel.
