FRIED CAULIFLOWER AND BUCCATI 
1 cauliflower, cut up
1 pkg. buccati pasta
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Romano cheese
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Wash and cut cauliflower into small florets, steam to al dente, saute cauliflower with garlic in olive oil with cauliflower until brown. Toss with cooked buccati, sprinkle with cheese and enjoy.
