FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/4 c. buttery cracker crumbs
1/2 c. corn flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. half and half
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Cooking oil

Break cauliflower into flowerets. Cook, covered in small amount of boiling water (salted) until crisp and tender. Drain - combine cracker crumbs, corn flakes, salt, pepper and sugar and Parmesan cheese. Stir well. In separate bowl mix half and half, eggs and hot sauce. Dip in crumbs and fry in hot oil.
