ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can asparagus, drained 3 eggs, hard boiled 6 slices bacon, crispy fried 1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 c. toasted almonds Grated cheese Ritz crackers Line asparagus around buttered casserole baking dish. Slice eggs thin and layer over asparagus. Crumble bacon over eggs. Spread celery soup over bacon. Sprinkle toasted sliced almonds over celery soup. Grate enough cheese to barely cover. Top with Ritz crackers crumbled. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
