ORANGE CREAM POPS 
3/4 c. non-fat yogurt
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
2 pkgs. Equal low-calorie sweetener

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, orange juice concentrate, and Equal. Pour the mixture into 4 plastic molds or 5 oz. paper cups, insert wooden sticks and freeze for 2 hours. Yield: 4 (1/2 cup) pops. Exchanges per serving: 1/2 fruit, 1/4 milk.
