MAKE AHEAD BUTTER COOKIES | |
1 c. soft butter 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Cream butter with sugar until fluffy at medium speed. At low speed blend in flour. Wrap with wax paper and shape into a log. Chill well. May be sliced and baked at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. Can be kept in refrigerator for several days. |
