DO - AHEAD CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. processed Cheddar cheese
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/4 lb. dried beef, bite-size
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3 tbsp. onion, chopped fine

Stir soup with milk, cheese, onion, macaroni, and dried beef; cut in bite sizes. Fold in eggs. Place in buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
