CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
4-5 skinned chicken breasts (or 1 chicken, cut up)
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Put rice in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix mushroom soup and broth - pour over rice. Sprinkle with pepper, paprika and parsley flakes. Lay chicken on top, sprinkle on dry onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. (For best results, do not open foil during cooking time).
