BLENDER CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Slice cream cheese and put into blender. Add all ingredients into blender and mix on high speed for 7 minutes.

Do not preheat oven. Pour into 8x8 inch dish and sprinkle cinnamon on top of cake. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour and remove.
