BLENDER CHEESECAKE 
20 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Double all ingredients when using a 9x13 glass pan. Place all ingredients in blender and blend 2 minutes until smooth. Pour into greased 9-inch glass pie pan and bake in a 350 degree oven 55-60 minutes until set.

Can be served plain or topped with favorite fruit topping. Sprinkle cinnamon on top before baking if not using fruit. Refrigerate before serving.

NOTE: When using 9x13 pan, blend half amount of recipe at a time.
