BLENDER CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham wafer crumbs
1 tsp. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients for crust. Press firmly into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Let chill before filling.

FILLING:

2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Put one cup of milk into blender along with 1/2 of the cream cheese, chopped into pieces. Blend. Add the other cup of milk and the rest of the cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Add vanilla pudding, blending until thick. Pour into 1 ready made pie shell. Refrigerate. Makes one 9 inch pie.
