BLENDER CHEESECAKE | |
1 c. milk 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. vanilla 4 eggs 28 oz. pkg. cream cheese (cut into chunks) Place all ingredients in blender in order; mix for 7 minutes. Resting every few minutes. Pour into greased pans 8 x 8 x 2 inches at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate. |
