HOT SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped minced onion
8 oz. sliced water chestnuts
6 1/2 oz. can crab, drained & flaked
4 1/2 oz. can shrimp, drained
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Top with 1/2 c. butter
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Grease 2 quart casserole. In large bowl combine all ingredients, mix lightly. Spoon into casserole, sprinkle with butter crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
