BLUEBERRY TART 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 c. blueberries
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine 1 cup flour with 2 tablespoons sugar. Work in butter with pastry blender. Mix in vinegar.

Spread crust in a 9" springform (or tart pan) on bottom and around sides to a height of 1".

Combine 1 cup sugar with 2 tablespoons flour and the cinnamon. Add 2 cups blueberries. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
