BLUEBERRY TART | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. sugar 12 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 4 c. blueberries 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. plain blueberries For crust, stir flour and 3 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter and lemon juice. Press into springform pan. In bowl, mix 4 cups blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Toss together and dump into shell in springform pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and put plain blueberries over top; let cool. Serves 12. |
