BLUEBERRY TARTS 
CRUST:

2 c. graham crackers (crushed)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soften)

TOPPING:

1 can blueberries.

Crust: Mix together and press into tart tins (4).

Filling: Beat eggs, add softened cheese, sugar, vanilla; beat well. Fill tarts and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and top with blueberries.
