BLUEBERRY TART 
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
Confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Crust: Mix flour, salt, and sugar. Cut in butter. Mix in vinegar. 9 inch loose bottom pan. Spread mixture up sides.

1 cup granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon. Add 2 cups blueberries. Pour into crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and add 1 cup blueberries. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar on top. Serve with whipped cream.
