PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 3/4 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 lg. Cool Whip

For crust: Crush crackers and add melted butter. Press into normal size cake pan (9 x 13).

Mix pudding and milk, add softened ice cream and blend. Pour over Ritz cracker crust. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle shavings from Hershey bar (frozen) or Heath bar over the top. Put in the freezer to keep solid.
