PEACH CONSERVE 
4 lb. peaches
4 lb. sugar
4 oranges, chopped (rind of 2)
1 bottle maraschino cherries
1/4 lb. walnuts, chopped

Cut up peaches, oranges, add sugar. Boil down for 2 hours. Add nuts, cherries. Pour in jelly glasses. Cover with paraffin.
