6 med. bananas
1/2 c. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter

Mix honey, salt, and lemon juice. Peel the bananas and place in a buttered pan; pour the honey mixture over them. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Serve as an accompaniment to meat or fish. Garnish with mint leaves and toasted fresh coconut chips. Good hot or cold.
