BRAZIL NUT COOKIES 
2 c. oatmeal, grind
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. Brazil nuts, grind
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix. Roll in balls and flatten with bottom of greased glass, dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
