1 to 1 1/2 lb. sirloin meat
1 egg
1 slice white sandwich bread

Quick Meat Loaf Sauce:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Meat Loaf: Mix ingredients together and form a loaf. Place loaf in casserole dish.

Bake for 60 minutes at 350°F.

Sauce: In small bowl, mix brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and dry mustard. After meat loaf has been baked 45 minutes, pour mixture over meat loaf. Continue baking 15 minutes.
