MEAT LOAF 
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs (or crackers)
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
2 beaten eggs

SAUCE FOR MEAT LOAF:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add meat, eggs, onion and seasoning. Mix well and put in greased pan. Next put on top of unbaked loaf the sauce. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
