TOMATO SUPREME SALAD 
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup (Campbell's)
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese

Heat soup, dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, add to soup and let stand until cool. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to soup and mix with electric mixer. Add vegetables and pour into mold. Refrigerate.
