ONION BAKE 
2 c. Cheez-Its cracker crumbs (save 1/2 c.)
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. onion, thinly sliced

Combine 4 tablespoons butter with cracker crumbs; cover bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan. Sauté 3 cups thinly sliced onions in remaining butter until limp and golden.

Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, butter and cheese. Heat in saucepan until cheese melts. Pour over crumbs. Add remaining crumbs on top.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
