CRAB MOLD 
1 lb. crab
1/2 c. diced onions
1/4 c. diced celery
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 env. unflavored gelatin (dissolved in 1/2 c. warm tap water)
1 c. mayonnaise

Put everything but crab meat and celery in pan and heat just until mixed good. Add crab and celery. Spray mold with Pam and pour in mixture. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Serve with crackers.
