FRENCH TOAST 
12 eggs
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 loaf French bread, cubed (sour dough is best)

Mix eggs, syrup and milk. Spread French bread into bottom of 9"x13" pan. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit overnight. Next morning, cover with slivers of cream cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
