ONE-TWO-THREE SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 can condensed vegetable soup Crisp salad greens Lightly oil salad mold. Set aside and drain. Heat V-8 juice in pan until very hot. Pour over Jello stirring until Jello is dissolved. Blend in soup. Pour into mold. Chill until set. Serve on crisp salad greens. Put dollop of mayonnaise of top. Note: You may use 6 1/2 cup molds. |
