NIPPY HORSERADISH CHEESE 
For 2 1/2 cups cheese spread you will need:

1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
5 oz. bottle prepared horseradish or 2/3 c. grated fresh horseradish

1. In top of double boiler over boiling water, combine the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.

2. Stir until cheeses are melted and blended together.

3. Add the mayonnaise and horseradish.

4. Turn into serving bowl and let stand for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend.

5. Good served at room temperature or chilled. To store, place in a covered container and refrigerate.
