DROP SAND TARTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Mix altogether. Drop by 1/4 teaspoons on cookie sheet. Press with flour covered glass. Bake at 350 degrees until edges turn light brown (watch closely). Yields: 7 to 8 dozen.
