SCOUT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 twin pack Stove Top stuffing
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk

Brown beef and onion, drain, pour into 9"x13" pan. Make dressing following the package directions. Spread dressing over the meat mixture. Mix soup and evaporated milk and pour over the dressing. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead and baked just before serving. Could substitute leftover turkey and dressing for ground beef and Stove Top stuffing.
