SAUTEED LEMON CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. lemon juice

Mix together:

Flour
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Chicken or vegetable bouillon cube in 1 c. boiled water
1 sliced onion or scallions, chopped
Oil for browning chicken

Rinse chicken breasts. Place in plastic bag with flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Shake to coat chicken. Brown chicken lightly in fry pan with small amount of oil. Once chicken is browned lightly, add lemon juice and bouillon mixture over chicken breasts. Place sliced onions in pan. Cover and turn flame/burner down to simmer for 1/2 hour. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
