SOUR CREAM CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
2 c. chicken, cooked, deboned & diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 pt. sour cream
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Mix cheese together (1 cup for mixture and 1 cup for top).

Mix ingredients together. Put 1-2 tablespoons of mixture in tortilla and roll up. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with Pam. Place tortillas in dish. Spread any leftover mixture on top. Cover with 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
