MAPLE GINGER BREAD 
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup yogurt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. melted butter

Combine maple syrup, yogurt and egg. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Stir into first mixture. Stir together and add melted butter. Beat thoroughly.

Pour into a greased loaf or 9-inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
