SUGAR FREE GINGER BREAD 
1 c. molasses
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice

Cream butter and honey together. Add 1 egg at a time and beat. Add flour sifted with soda and spices. Add molasses then boiling water. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
