1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, make as for cupcakes
2 lg. bags flaked coconut

FROSTING:

2 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour

Cook until thick, then cool. Beat:

2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Add the cooled floured mixture and beat until fluffy. Frost cupcakes all around and roll in coconut.
