SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Crumble sausage and brown with onion; drain. Add cheeses, egg, Tabasco, salt, and parsley; mix well. Make dough with Bisquick, milk, and mayonnaise. Spread over top of first mixture in 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Brush top with beaten egg yolk, if desired. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
