CARAMEL TOFFEE BARS 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat until light. Stir in flour, salt, and vanilla to make a moist mixture. Pat firmly into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels when removed from oven. Spread melted morsels over top and sprinkle with coconut.
