1 c. (2 sticks) butter
3/4 c. cocoa, unsweetened
1 c. Pet evaporated milk
2 lbs. (7 1/2 c.) powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or peanuts
Baker's Joy Cooking Spray

In a 4 quart saucepan melt butter. Add cocoa and blend well. Stir in evaporated milk. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and salt until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until well blended. Pour into a 13x9x2 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cool until firm, about 1 hour or freeze for 20 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes about 72 pieces.
