CRUNCHY SALAD 
1 head cauliflower (in bite-sized pieces)
1 bunch broccoli (in bite-sized pieces)
1 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 lb. bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 sm. can water chestnuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and refrigerate overnight or several hours before serving.
