CRUNCHY SALAD 
1 large head Napa cabbage
5 to 6 green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 pkg. Ramen noodles
1/4 to 1/2 c. sesame seeds
Salt and pepper
4 oz. slivered almonds
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce

Slice cabbage thin and toss with green onions. Melt butter, crush noodles into pan. Brown with sesame seeds and almonds, until lightly toasted. Heat vinegar. Add sugar a little at a time to dissolve. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and oil. Toss all together and when ready to serve.
