2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. grated apple

Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, egg and milk with beater until smooth. Fold in apple. Serve with cider sauce.

CIDER SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. apple cider
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter

Mix sugar, cornstarch and spice in saucepan. Stir in cider and lemon juice. cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and blend in butter. Serve warm.
