DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 lb. crisp bacon

Cut eggs in halves, dig out yolks. Set whites aside. Mash yolks with a fork and add rest of ingredients, mix well. Spoon yolk mixture back into whites. Garnish with parsley or sprinkle with paprika. Serve cold.
