VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned
1 lg. can V-8 juice
1 c. chopped cabbage
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. carrot, chopped
1 c. water
1 bouillon cube
1/2 c. dry elbow macaroni

Brown beef or turkey. Add to large pot with all ingredients. Cook for 2-3 hours on low. Last 1/2 hour cook macaroni until almost done and add to soup.
